Shipping

Your business is so very important to us, we will meet and exceed your customer service experience with DayDreamBeauty.co.nz

We will endeavor to courier your order within 2-3 working days, providing stock is available and payment has been processed.

All items will be couriered.

Your item will be prices and shipped according to size, weight. We will endeavor to email you a tracking number.

We are happy to combine shipping if you are buying many products from us, Just email or ask a question on trade me or daydreambeauty.co.nz. PLEASE ASK BEFORE ORDERING.

We are happy to provide yo with a GST invoice if you require it when you purchase, just email us or add a note when you purchase.

Returns

Returns must be lodged within 7 working day of receipt, photo of any damaged items needs to be forwarded to DayDreamBeauty.co.nz .

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without at any time.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colour and images of our product that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitors display of any colour will be accurate.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information.

When you purchase something form our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computers’ internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your interest.

Email marketing (if applicable): with your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
